A four-week study course on early Buddhist teachings around self and not-self (‘anatta’) and their practical application in our lives. Participants should have an existing insight meditation or mindfulness practice and are asked to commit to all four classes. There is a £15 registration fee to cover room hire. The class is offered on a dana basis.
